Luciano Scagliarini

Executive Chef

Birdseye rooftop bar and lounge is delighted to introduce our executive chef, Luciano Scagliarini. With training from the legendary Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Los Angeles and 15 years of experience as a professional chef, Luciano specializes in creating a variety of delicious, innovative dishes. His boundless enthusiasm and unparalleled passion for his craft are matched only by his dedication to ensuring consistently exceptional culinary creations and providing superior service.

Luciano has spent his culinary career working in Southern California, honing his skills as a chef in a variety of specialized venues, from an Argentinian boutique café to independent restaurants featuring fine Italian fare and fresh seafood dishes. His extensive experience in international cuisine and high-end catering include serving for six years as the executive chef at the Coronado Cays Yacht Club and working for three years heading the team at the exclusive catering company for the La Jolla Opera House.
